This magnificently restored, old-style, 5-bedroom, Spanish 'finca' offers all the romance of the old Spain and is ideally situated in the San Juan area of Javea, looking down on the sleepy old town with views of the sea only a mile or so away and having the impressive Montgo Mountain as its backdrop. Though it has been fully modernised, you can still see much evidence of the past and old-world features, such as the original 'tosca' stone arches and historical columns.
Entrance to the villa is through its own gates with ample, secure parking inside. The garden, of approximately one acre, is mainly lawned with olive and almond trees. Surrounding the 10m x 5m private swimming pool are palm trees and plenty of sunbathing space on the lovely mellow stoned, paved patio.
The highlight of the villa is the enormous terrace, which affords comfort and shade while enjoying the magnificent views. With its comfortable seating for relaxing and tables for 'al-fresco' dining, you may find yourself spending much of your holiday in this tranquil area.
Entrance to the villa is directly into the furnished sitting room with comfortable chairs and sofas and satellite television. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two with double and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Beside the kitchen, and convenient for those using the pool, is another bathroom with shower facilities.
Both the kitchen and sitting room lead to an inner, shaded courtyard that used to offer safe and secure bedding for animals but which is now artistically paved. A delightful feature of this wonderful finca is the large, built-in barbeque.
Up one flight of stairs from the courtyard are two further bedrooms, one double, one single and a bathroom with shower and bath facilities.
The villa is situated only a five-minute walk from the old town of Javea with its market, shops, bars and restaurants and five minutes drive to the beach.
