This four-bedroom villa is located in the Tosalet area of Javea. It stands in large, secure grounds and has ample car parking space.
The interior of the villa is well furnished and well equipped. The large kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The living / dining room has a television and Via Digital - showing English movies and news - and a CD audio system.
The bedroom area consists of two double rooms of which one has full en-suite facilities. The other two bedrooms are both twin, and share a separate bath / shower room.
The exterior of the villa is extremely spacious, hosting a 10m x 5x swimming pool with Roman steps. Around the pool, there is ample space for relaxing in the sun. There is also plenty of lawn area for the children to play safely. The built-in barbeque and the large, covered terrace offer the perfect place for dining 'al fresco' on warm evenings.
Javea itself is only five minutes drive away and is divided into three main areas: The Arenal, with its lovely sandy beach and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade and the old town, with its quant backstreet shops and historic buildings. The beach is approximately fifteen minutes walk from the villa.
