This delightful villa is situated in the established residential area of Covetelles in Javea, about 3 kilometres from the sea.
The accommodation comprises kitchen, lounge / dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Entering the villa presents you with the large sitting / dining room, which is tastefully furnished and has a satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms, one of which is twin-bedded, the other a double, share a bathroom.
Guests at this lovely villa enjoy magnificent, panoramic views of Javea town and the Montgo valley from the ample sun terraces that surround the large swimming pool or while using the built in barbecue. The villa is only 3 kilometres from the beautiful old town of Javea with its markets, shops and restaurants. A further kilometre brings you to the picturesque port area with its harbour and beaches. The beautiful, sandy Arenal beach is only a 5-minute drive.
