Notes: This property has Air Conditioning in the 2 double bedrooms upstairs and the living room area downstairs. Access to the villa is after 2pm and please leave by 10am on your day of departure.
This beautiful villa has been constructed and furnished to the very highest standards. It is approached through its own gates and has secure parking for three cars. In all, the villa comprises two sitting rooms, two kitchens, a dining room, five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The lower level has a large covered terrace with seating for twelve and a bar with fridge. Entrance is directly into the sitting and dining rooms. The fitted kitchen is complete with all mod cons. The very large master double bedroom has full en-suite facilities while the second twin bedroom has its own bathroom.
The upper level has a fully furnished comfortable terrace with views out over the pool and garden. Entrance is through the sitting room and dining room where there is with satellite television and CD player. The fully fitted modern kitchen is complete with fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all mod cons. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms, one of which is twin and the other has four bunk beds, share a separate bathroom.
The magnificent garden is fully enclosed and has large grassed areas and plenty of shade and there is a fully equipped barbeque. The large pool has Roman steps and its surrounding terracing has ample sun beds from which to make the most of the sun.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than one kilometre away. Javea town, with its wonderful long sandy beach, shops and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive away. The beautiful scenic port area is only another couple of minutes away while the historic old town with its traditional narrow streets and an indoor and an outdoor market is close by.
