This remarkable family villa is set with a backdrop of the awesome Montgo Mountain and though peaceful and secluded, it is close to all amenities.
Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample secure parking. Into the villa through the reception hall leads you into the large sitting and dining room, fully furnished and with satellite television. The large kitchen is fitted with all mod cons including a dishwasher. A utility room houses a washing machine.
In total, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The very large master bedroom has a double bed with bath and shower en-suite. The second upstairs double bedroom has its own bathroom. The two twin bedrooms downstairs share a further bathroom and both lead out onto the pool terrace.
Outside, the grounds are large and ideal to provide the sense of seclusion needed to unwind. The ample sun loungers ensure that you can enjoy the sun in comfort all day on the pool patio or, if preferred, the shaded terrace. There is a built-in barbeque and two wonderful shaded eating areas for relaxing.
There are two restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than one mile away. The old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market is only two kilometres away. A further kilometre brings you either to Javea's port area or to the beautiful sandy Arenal beach.
