This superb Spanish finca (farmhouse) is set amongst the peace and tranquillity of acres of orange groves in the beautiful, unspoiled lush valley of Benitachell. The finca is only a five-minute walk from the village of Benitachell and ten minutes drive from the towns and beaches of Javea and Moraira.
The finca has the special charm and character of a typical Spanish villa. Two twin bedded rooms upstairs share a toilet and shower room. On the ground floor is a double room and separate bathroom. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining room / lounge is equipped with satellite television and stereo system.
The covered terrace allows you to enjoy the open air and views while dining 'al fresco' or just relaxing. Alternatively, you can sunbathe beside the 8m x 4m swimming pool, which is surrounded by lawn. There is a barbecue and the hedges and fences that surround the entire area offering complete privacy. You are also welcome to enjoy the fruits grown in the garden when in season such as oranges, lemons, grapes and tomatoes.
Javea town, with its restaurants, shops and beaches also hosts further activities such as tennis, bowling, golf and sea sports, all only a few minutes away.
