Casa Mimosa is a luxurious 3-bedroom, two-storey villa near the quaint Spanish village of Benitachell. The villa is ideally located for both the resorts of Javea and Moraira, which are both less than ten minutes drive away. Entrance to the villa is through the spacious covered terrace, which leads into the beautifully furnished and decorated lounge / dining room with television and CD player. A passage leads to the large and extremely well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
The grounds in and around the villa are extensive and the gardens are beautifully maintained with private parking for up to three vehicles.
Surrounding the 10.5m x 5m swimming pool, there are extensive terraces planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs, ample sun loungers, tables and chairs. There is an outside shower and a barbecue. The covered terrace overlooking the pool is well equipped with patio furniture.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed and a large en-suite shower room. The twin rooms are large and tastefully furnished, one with en-suite shower and one with separate shower and bath.
The old town of Javea, with its weekly open-air market is only a few kilometres away, and the beautiful sandy beach of the Arenal and its many bars, restaurants and shops are approximately ten minutes drive away.
