Having the impressive Montgo Mountain as its backdrop, this lovely, one-storey family villa is peaceful and secluded yet close to all amenities. There are a variety of patio areas for sun bathing. The 8 x 41/2m swimming pool has roman steps and there is an outside shower. A small seperate building accommodates a kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.
Entrance is through large gates with ample, secure parking. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, from here you enter a comfortably furnished sittiing room with English television and DVD player, this leads to a covered patio area with views across the pool.
The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom and twin bedroom that share a second bathroom.
Javea's blue-flagged beach, historic town, port, harbour and fish market are only a few minutes away by car.
