A superb brand new 3-bedroom villa situated on the residential area of La Cala in the Costa Nova area of Javea. It is a short drive from some of the most beautiful bays and panoramic views in Javea.

The pleasant garden of terracing and stone with shrubs has a free standing BBQ and a superb 9 x 5 metre kidney shaped heated swimming pool with roman steps, making it possible to swim out of season, completing the picture of a modern design, tastefully decorated villa with a Mediterranean flavour.
Javea, approximately ten minutes drive away, offers a thriving holiday town with restaurants, beaches, bars, shops and many sporting facilities alongside cultural and historic buildings.
