This remarkable Spanish family villa offers an incredible impression of the romance and history of Spain’s past. Along with its perfect location on the slopes of the Montgo Mountain, Casa Maruja has space and solitude combined, being the perfect location for a family holiday.
Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample secure parking. The outside areas are large and ideal to provide the sense of seclusion needed to unwind. The ample sun loungers ensure that you can enjoy the sun in comfort all day on the pool patio or from the shaded terrace area. There is a large, built-in barbeque / summer kitchen and many shaded eating areas to relax.
The large 10 x 5m swimming pool is the focal point of this property, surrounded by huge palm trees and rush covered parasols that give a very Mediterranean atmosphere.
The property is on two levels. Enter from the covered patio area through large double front doors into the lower living area, having two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, sharing two separate shower rooms.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a separate utility room for the washing machine.
The very spacious living room is well furnished and equipped with a CD player and satellite television showing English programmes and films.
An outside staircase takes you to the upper level of the property.
Enter from the enclosed patio area through large double front doors into the large comfortably furnished hall and from here, you have access to a double bedroom with en-suite bath / shower room and a double and twin-bedroom that share a bath / shower room.
The modern kitchen has a large table and plenty of chairs as it focal point and everything required from a property of this size. The fourth bedroom (twin) is accessed from here.
The living / dining room is equipped with satellite television and has an entrance to another covered area, offering the perfect place overlooking the pool and terraces for dining 'al fresco' on warm Spanish evenings.
The incredible number of rooms, many patios and shady corners make this an ideal villa to find a secluded spot for a snooze or to enjoy the company of your family and friends.
There are three restaurants within easy walking distance and a supermarket less than one mile away. The old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market is only 2 kilometres away. A further kilometre brings you either to Javea's port area or to the beautiful, blue-flagged Arenal beach.
