This lovely, 4-bedroom, Spanish style villa is situated in the Covatelles area of Javea. It has an open aspect that looks across the valley towards the Montgo Mountain.
Entrance to the finca is through its own gates, with a large area for parking. The garden, of approximately one acre, has mainly patio and lawned areas. Surrounding the 10m x 5m private swimming pool is the lawn with patio area for sunbathing.
Entrance to the villa is directly into the hall, which leads into the tastefully furnished living / dining room. There is Spanish television and a DVD Player.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in the separate utility room.
From the living room, there is access to the large covered terrace with steps leading to the swimming pool.
Off the hall there is one bedroom with a double and single bed, two twin rooms all sharing a bath / shower room, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bath /shower room.
** Casa Marie is next door to Casa Claudia and Casa Jacaranda giving the possibility of several families / friends holidaying close to each other **
There are restaurants within walking distance and Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical Old Town and Port are a 5-minute away by car.
