This new luxury villa is situated in the quiet and prestigious residential area of La Lluca and has been constructed and furnished to the very highest standard. The villa is approached through electronically controlled gates and is completely enclosed and private. There is ample parking for a number of cars and a carport to give shade.
The very large garden is laid mainly to lawn with various paved and patio areas. There are plenty of sun-beds to relax around the large 12m x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps and contemplate the pleasant views. The large naya (covered terrace) affords plenty of shade and comfort to relax or enjoy those 'al fresco' meals prepared on the built-in covered barbecue.
For your own convenience, there is an outside toilet and an outside pool shower.
Entrance into the villa through the front door leads into a large hallway, which takes you to both the guest bathroom and to the lounge / dining room, which overlooks the garden and pool. This is beautifully furnished and equipped with satellite television, video and CD music centre.
The overall impression is of space and light. The kitchen is large and well equipped with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Moving straight on from the entrance hall are three of the four bedrooms, two of which are twin rooms, both very spacious with luxury en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is enormous with two double beds and full en-suite facilities. A wide staircase from the hall leads to an 'ante' room and the master bedroom. This is beautifully furnished with a king-sized bed, and has a full, luxury en-suite bathroom.
Javea town with its shops and market is only five minutes drive away. A further five minutes takes you to the beautiful sandy Arenal beach with its shops, bars, restaurants and water sports.
