This completely modernised, four-bedroom Spanish style villa is ideally situated in the San Juan area of Javea, just a five-minute walk from the old town with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants and a five-minute drive to the blue-flagged Arenal beach. It offers views of the magnificent Montgo Mountain and the sea.
Entrance to the property is via its own gates where there is secure parking for several vehicles. A large lawn surrounds the 10 x 4m private swimming pool and there is a covered terrace with comfortable seating for relaxing and outside dining.
Entrance to the villa is directly into a hall that leads directly into the comfortably furnished dining / living room where there is television, DVD and CD player.
From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace and steps that lead to the swimming pool.
Off the hall, there are two twin-bedrooms that share a shower room and an en-suite double bedroom with jacuzzi bath.
On the first floor, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bath / shower and a small, private patio for taking in the wonderful views of the area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave: the washing machine is housed in a separate utility room on the ground floor.
Access to the villa is after 2pm and please leave by 10am on your day of departure .
