Having Montgo Mountain as its backdrop, this is a lovely, family villa, peaceful and secluded but still close to all amenities.
Entrance is through large gates into ample secure parking.
Casa Joanna has well established lawns and patio areas and a variety of large palm trees for shade, with the terrace area having plenty of patio furniture. The 8 x 5m swimming pool has Roman steps and there is a lovely built in barbecue area with outside shower and toilet.
Inside the villa, through the reception hall, you enter the large sitting room and dining room, fully furnished and with satellite television. The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom and twin bedroom that share the second bathroom.
