Casa Jacaranda is a lovely, three-bedroom Spanish style villa situated in the Covatelles area of Javea.
Entrance to the finca is through its own electric gates, with plenty of space for parking. The large garden is enclosed with mainly patio and lawned areas.
The 10m x 5m sculptured swimming pool with roman steps and shower area is surrounded by lawn and there a patio area for sunbathing. There is a large covered outside kitchen and BBQ.
Entry to the villa is through the large covered terrace, which has plenty of seating areas, and where you will find the fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
From the kitchen, you access the spacious dining / living room with open fireplace and Spanish TV and DVD player.
The hall from the living area takes you through to the bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms share a bath / shower room and the double bedroom is en suite.
There are restaurants within walking distance.
Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical Old Town and Port are a 5-minute away by car.
