This beautiful brand new villa is situated in the Capsades area of Javea. It stands in secure, spacious grounds and offers spectacular views over Javea and the sea.
The villa is entered via steps from the parking area. An entrance hall leads you into the American style kitchen, which is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Opposite, there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. From the kitchen you enter the living room and dining room, which are both tastefully furnished with new, modern furniture.
There are patio doors to the front and rear of the villa. Access from the front takes you onto a large, covered naya, where you may dine overlooking the pool or relax and enjoy the views. A hallway from the kitchen leads you to the three double bedrooms, all of which are light and furnished to a high standard. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom whilst the others share a separate shower room. All of the bedrooms have patio doors leading to the garden.
Steps from the naya also take you into the garden, which has a deep, kidney shaped pool with Roman steps.
The area surrounding the pool is grassed, giving the children plenty of room to let off steam, whilst you relax on the sun loungers. There is a barbecue and ample terrace for dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.
There is a restaurant within walking distance, and Javea's wonderful beaches, historic town and fish market are only a few minutes away by car.
