A modern brand new three-bedroom property in the Costa Nova area of Javea individually designed and furnished.
The main bedroom has a four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one double and one twin share a bath / shower room and all bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility room for the washing machine.
A spacious and comfortable living / dining room equipped with Satellite TV has ample seating and leads through patio doors to a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade over looking the swimming pool. There is a hot and cold outside shower and a portable gas BBQ.
The gardens have been professionally landscaped with a tropical theme and have lawn and gravel areas with fruit and exotic palm trees.
A restaurant and the ‘Club Esplendido Parque’ is within walking distance from the villa where you can play tennis and crazy golf and where there are also play facilities for children.
The property is about a 10-minute drive from the stunning cove at Cala Granadella and the small secluded Ambola beach, which is recognised by the naturist community for its privacy but mainly used as a fabulous sun trap for a beautiful all over body tan.
There is the Arenal, with its lovely sandy beach and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings.
