This villa is located in the picturesque Cumbre del Sol area of Javea and enjoys stunning views of the sea. The beach is only two kilometres away and the nearest shop and restaurant, even less.
Entrance into the villa is via the reception hall, which leads to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and stairs leading to the master bedroom. In all, there are two double and two twin bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities. The living room is beautifully furnished and has satellite television. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
The master bedroom upstairs is large and beautifully furnished and the en-suite bathroom is very elegant with a large Roman type bath. The balcony enjoys wonderful sea views. Downstairs the living room leads onto a covered terrace, which is fully furnished and provides an excellent place to relax or dine while enjoying the views.
There are two swimming pools - one 8m x 4m and a smaller one that is ideal and safe for children. There is a built-in barbeque. The enclosed gardens offer the privacy one would expect from a villa of this quality.
The villa is only 8-kilometres from the beautiful town of Javea with its beaches, market, shops, bars and restaurants. A further kilometre brings you to the picturesque port with its harbour and beaches.
