This lovely, 4-bedroom, Spanish style villa is situated in the Covatelles area of Javea. It has an open aspect that looks across the valley towards the Montgo Mountain.
Entrance to the property is through its own gates, with a covered area for parking. The garden, of approximately one acre, has mainly patio and lawned areas.
Surrounding the 10m x 5m private swimming pool is lawn with patio area for sunbathing.
Entrance to the villa is directly into the hall, which leads into the tastefully furnished living / dining room. There is Spanish television and a DVD Player.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
From the living room, there is access to the large covered terrace with steps leading to the swimming pool.
Off the hall there are three twin-bedrooms sharing a bath / shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On the lower ground floor, there is a utility room with washing machine and access to the pool area.
There are restaurants within walking distance.
Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical Old Town and Port are a 5-minute away by car.
