This five-star villa is located in the quiet residential area of the ‘El Rafalet’ area of Javea and has wonderful views over the valley. It is less than a ten minutes drive to both the town of Javea and the Arenal beach.
The villa is approached through its own gates, is fully enclosed and has been furnished to the very highest standards throughout. Entrance to the villa is through a large hall that leads to the tastefully furnished sitting room equipped with satellite television, video and CD player.
The kitchen is large and equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On this level, there is an en-suite master bedroom.
Three further bedrooms are situated on the lower level. One double and one twin bedroom both with full en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom (twin) has its own private entrance from the pool terrace and adjoining shower room.
There are spacious sun terraces and plenty of sun loungers surrounding the very large pool with Roman steps. The covered terrace is beautifully furnished and comfortable and the ideal place to enjoy meals prepared on the built-in barbeque.
The views from the villa are spectacular.
There are numerous restaurants nearby and a short drive brings you to Javea with its markets, shops, bars, restaurants and water sports.
