This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is located close to the golf course in the 'Los Cerezos' area of Javea and offers wonderful views of the Montgo Mountain. It stands in large, secluded grounds and has off-road parking for two cars.
From the front entrance to the villa, you have access to the kitchen and living / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine. From here, you have access to the garden and pool. There is also a breakfast room off the kitchen.
The living / dining rooms are large and tastefully furnished and have a television, video and a compact disc system for your entertainment. From the living room there are patio doors leading to a large terrace that overlooks the pool.
The bedroom area has two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bath and shower) and two twin-bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The exterior of the villa has extensive terraces and a lawned garden, providing ample space to laze in the sun. The large, kidney-shaped swimming pool has Roman steps and a diving board, making it ideal for children. There is a superb barbecue area for 'al-fresco' dining by the pool and a covered terrace if you prefer to eat out of the sun.
Javea itself is only a five-minute drive away and is divided into three main areas. The Arenal, with its lovely sandy beaches and restaurants, the port with its fish market and promenade, and the old town with its quaint back street shops and historic buildings.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than one mile away. The old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market is only 2 kilometres away. A further kilometre brings you either to Javea's port area or to the beautiful beach of the Arenal
