Notes: The villa has pool heating, if required there is a supplement of £50 per week. Access to the villa is after 2pm and please leave by 10am on your day of departure.
This modern, luxury villa has been constructed and furnished to the very highest standard - it is approached through its own gates and has plenty of secure parking.
Entrance to the property is through the front door that leads to a large hallway. On the left are stairs to the master suite and a hallway to two further bedrooms, which share a bathroom. To the right is the kitchen, large dining room with seating for twelve, and beautifully furnished living room with satellite television and video.
From the living room, another hall leads to two further bedrooms, which also share a bathroom. The very large, fully furnished covered terrace leads off the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and all mod cons. The dining room and patio doors have full-length curtains to help keep the house cool in summer. The living room has a gas log fire. All bathrooms are complete with bath and shower. There is also central heating.
The master suite upstairs has its own television and video and two completely private sun terraces offering magnificent views over Javea valley and the Montgo Mountain beyond. The garden is fully landscaped and the large pool is heated and has Roman steps and surrounded by large terraces, complete with ample sun beds to soak up the sun. The built in barbeque is gas fired.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than a mile away. The old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market is only 2 kilometres away. A further kilometer brings you either to Javea's port area or to the beautiful, sandy Arenal beach.
