This very pretty, three-bedroom Spanish style villa is a fifteen minute walk from the old town of Javea with its market, shops, bars and restaurants and a five minute drive from the blue-flagged Arenal beach
It stands in secure grounds and there is parking for several vehicles. Steps up from the pool and summer kitchen / BBQ lead to a large covered terrace and from here is entry into a comfortably furnished, open plan lounge / dining room.
A hall from the living area leads to two twin bedded rooms that share a bath / shower room. At the end of the hall is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob and microwave - a separate utility room outside the kitchen houses the washing machine.
