This exceptional villa is situated in large, private grounds in the Covatelles area on the outskirts of Javea. Set in three-quarters of an acre, between an orchard of orange and lemon trees and mature palms, the property is securely enclosed for privacy. Having been maintained to the highest standard, it offers everything for a perfect holiday.
Entrance to the grounds is through electric gates, taking you into a large parking area. From there, you go into a secluded inner courtyard, which is partly shaded and furnished for dining.
The villa itself is on two levels. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, light and airy with ample room for two families.
The large, fully equipped kitchen / living room and dining room with patio doors to the pool are mainly open-plan with local ‘tosca’ stone archways.
One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room and one twin-bedded room with separate bathroom, complete the ground floor accommodation.
Upstairs, with either interior or exterior access, comprises of two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and one twin-bedded room sharing a bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge and sunroom.
The charming 'attico' on the third floor has a twin-bedded room with wonderful views of the mountains from the terrace.
Outside living is a key feature of the Spanish way of life and this property with it's 11m x 6m swimming pool, large terrace and separate jacuzzi is a perfect example, having a large, covered BBQ area, covered terrace and enclosed, shady courtyard, it is ideal for dining ' al fresco' whatever the occasion.
Overall, with the wonderful views of the Montgo Mountain, Casa Alicia is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
There are restaurants within walking distance and Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, historical Old Town and Port are a 5-minute away by car.
