Casa Tranquila is a beautiful family home set in large, attractive gardens with its own private pool in the Montgo Valley area of Javea. The grounds are fully enclosed and provide plenty of secure parking. The highlight of the villa is the beautiful secluded pool area surrounded by terraces and shaded areas from where you can enjoy the views across the valley and the spectacular Montgo Mountain.
From the covered terrace, you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining while looking down on the pool area. There is ample sunbathing space and sun loungers around the pool and a barbeque.
Entrance to the villa leads directly into the tastefully furnished sitting / dining room with satellite television. The large traditional kitchen is complete with cooker, fridge and washing machine. The master bedroom with a king sized bed has ample room for an extra bed or cot and has an en-suite bathroom. There are also two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom.
The villa is only one mile from the beautiful old town of Javea with its market, shops, bars and restaurants. A further mile brings you to Javea's golden sandy beach, shops and restaurants or to the picturesque port.
