This beautiful 1 (one) bedroomed sunny apartment is in the Jardines Del Mar area of the port.
It is on the second, top floor of this apartment block and has beautiful views to the large communal pool and gardens.
Looking across, you have a lovely view to the sea and look all the way down to the arenal area of Javea.
The apartment itself is in a block with lift in a well maintained, small community.
The community has it's own indoor gym and heated swimming pool although there is a small extra charge for their use.
The large communal pool outside is free to use and is private to the residents of the apartments.
As you enter the apartment, there is an american style kitchen to the right.
Continuing on you enter the large sitting room which has both english and spanish TV.
The sitting room also has a bed settee that can be used to accommodate 2 extra persons making a maximum of 4.
Ideal for a small family. Off the sitting room is a bathroom with bath and shower.
Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with double bed and ample inbuilt storage space.
A small balcony with table and chairs allows for a quiet drink to unwind whilst looking across the pool or out to sea.
The apartment is approximately a five minute walk to the port area of Javea, with it's many restaurants, shops and bars.
Outside & General: Lift, Intercom entry system. Underfloor heating throughout.
Secure grounds & gardens with residents´pool & children´s pool. Indoor pool, sauna & gymnasium
(current charge 29€ for 24 vouchers). Services/Linen Apartment cleaned between lets.
