The main bedroom has a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, two more bedrooms, one double and one twin share a bath /shower room and all bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. There is a seperate utility room for the washing machine.

A spacious and comfortable living /dining room equipped with satellite TV has plenty of seating and leads through patio doors to the covered naya where you can sit in the shade over looking the swimming pool. There is a hot and cold outside shower and a portable BBQ.

The gardens have been landscaped professionally with a tropical theme and also has lawn and gravel areas with fruit and exotic palm trees.

A restaurant and the Club Esplendido Parque is within walking distance from the villa where you can play tennis and crazy golf and where there are also play facilities for children.

The property is about a 10-minute drive from the stunning cove at Cala Granadella and the small secluded Ambola beach, which is recognised by the naturist community for its privacy but mainly used as a fabulous sun trap for a beautiful all over body tan.

There is the Arenal, with its lovely sandy beach and restaurants, the Port, with it's fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings.

Lounge: two seater and three seater brown leather sofas and large coffee table, cable TV with DVD and video players.

Dining Room: glass table with six brown leather chairs - views towards the naya and swimming pool.

Kitchen: granite work tops, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric cooker and hob.

Utility Room: washing machine, ironing board and gas boiler for central heating during the winter months.

The garden area has an assortment of tropical palms and also has several fruit trees.

The terrace is very spacious and has six sun loungers and sun umbrella, the swimming pool is 10 metres x 5 metres with Roman steps at one end. A hot and cold solar shower is situated at the poolside.

The naya area is ideal to relax in the shade out of the sun where you can sit and read a book on the cane furniture. There is an outside dining table under the naya where you can have your meals which can be cooked on the barbecue.

The villa has electric security gates and a main gate intercom system. It is surrounded with it's own walls for privacy and the drive has enough room for parking four cars.

The Club de Golf Javea (Javea Golf Club) has a nine hole course consisting mainly of wide open fairways and greens protected by bunkers. The course is protected by the Cape of San Antonio which means that there is little wind to spoil the game.

With views of the El Montgo Mountain the course has been attractively planted & landscaped around the greens. Facilities at the club include; driving range, putting green, large heated swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, club with two bars and a restaurant. Javea Golf Club does not book tee times more than one day in advance.
